Doosan DH420 product advantages

1.1The DH420 excavator greatly improves rotation, traction, swivel and bucket rod mobility, and control accuracy. The use of heavy-duty standard buckets with a large capacity makes the DH420 efficient enough to meet the challenges of the operating environment.

On the basis of the original P mode and S mode, the DH420 excavator has added an E mode. Doosan E Mode uses unique technology to save fuel at low loads. DH420 excavator adopts e-EPOS control system and CAN communication mode, which is easy to realize information sharing, so that the hydraulic system and engine of the equipment can run in the best state, taking into account energy saving, environmental protection and efficient operation
2.Working device improvement
2.1.In order to better meet the needs of mine customers to cope with extreme operating environments, Doosan DH420 Excavator has improved its working devices and structural components. DH420 excavator boom and bucket rod are made of thickened cast steel material. Large reinforcement bars are used for the boom and the root of the bucket rod and the stressed part, and the welding points are reduced as much as possible to avoid cracking caused by stress concentration to the greatest extent. Higher performance bushings, pins and new material gaskets are used at the joints of the boom, bucket rod and bucket to effectively reduce component wear, reduce friction noise and make the working device more reliable.
2.2.The hydraulic cylinder of DH420 excavator uses a new type of oil seal to effectively reduce oil leakage. At the same time, the new heat treatment technology makes the hardness and strength of the cylinder significantly improved, and the fatigue life of the cylinder reaches 9 times that of the traditional cylinder.
2.3.Compared to the DH420LC-7, the DH420 excavator is equipped with a significantly enhanced standard heavy-duty bucket structure, helping to extend service life and reduce rupture rates
