1. Advanced hydraulic system
The advanced CAPO (Computer Aided Power Optimization) system keeps engine and pump power at optimal levels, and mode selection is designed for different operating loads, reducing fuel consumption while ensuring high performance. The system includes automatic deceleration and power increase. The system monitors engine speed, coolant temperature and hydraulic oil temperature. The system also includes a self-diagnostic function that can be displayed through error codes on the dashboard.
2. Self-diagnosis system
The CPU controller can diagnose problems caused by electrical and hydraulic failures in the CAPO system and display them on the dashboard LCD monitor via error codes. The controller can recognize 48 different errors. Information such as engine speed, main pump output pressure, battery voltage, hydraulic oil temperature and the status of all electrical switches displayed on the device provides the operator with more accurate machine operation status. This feature makes troubleshooting easier in the event of a failure.
3. Automatic deceleration system
The remote control valve is in the middle position for more than 4 seconds, and the CPU controller indicates acceleration, reducing engine speed to 1200rpm, which reduces fuel consumption and cab noise levels.

The new system ensures that the engine will not start again even if the operator mistakenly opens the start key to protect the starting motor.
